The WISE Outstanding Experimental Economics Paper Award will be given to the most outstanding paper presented at this conference by a researcher who will have not received his or her Ph.D. prior to 2009.  We are also pleased to announce thatthe Journal of Neuroscience, Psychology, and Economics (http://www.apa.org/pubs/journals/npe/index.aspx) has agreed to publish a symposium consisting of papers presented at the conference.  The JPNE is the world's only journal focused on publishing research in Neuroeconomics. All submissions for the symposium will be subject to peer review and the usual publication standards of the journal.
